I work directly with you, the parent or carer, to make sense of what's happening for your child and to build strategies that fit your family, your values and your daily life. With over 20 years of experience and a background in special education, I'll help you understand your child's needs and respond in ways that reduce conflict and bring more calm to your home.
Parent coaching can help with managing meltdowns and emotional overwhelm, setting boundaries that actually work, supporting an ADHD or autistic child, reducing daily power struggles, navigating routines, transitions and sleep, and looking after your own wellbeing along the way.
Sessions are warm, practical and tailored to you — no referral and no long waitlist. Available in person across Wollongong and the Illawarra, or via telehealth throughout NSW.
